I am a PhD candidate and a "la Caixa" fellow at the Universitat de Barcelona. My research investigates the potential effects of online multiplayer games on English language learners' oral fluency and the linguistic characteristics of their in-game voice-mediated communication. My project relies solely on libre software in order to explore its ethical and practical implications in Education research.
